This woman has a history of acquiring animals and then dumping them (if not dead) when animal control finds the animals. This history has dated back to 2009 - spanning 11 years of torture for these animals. Her 'dumps' to animal control of the live animals - places additional resources on the shelters that have to vet and rehome her animals. She's worse than a puppy mill as there is no sane logic as to this behavior. She gets caught, 'relinquishes' (ie dumps) the animals in lieu of charges by the prosecutor and those entrusted to protect our animals - and starts right back up. If she has a mental issue get her help, but please do not be tolerant of this behavior for the sake of the animals.
