We are asking the District Attorney's Office of Solano County to investigate an incident that is being categorized as a "training correction" of a Vacaville California K9 by his handler in which a highly disturbing  video has surfaced showing the K9 clearly in distress while the handler is on top of the K9 punching him at least 10 times.

We want to caution you the video is disturbing to watch.
