You only need to look at these pictures to realize there is severe animal abuse in Harris County Texas that is going without punishment. One of the Victims Near Death's Door. Two dogs and a puppy that were severely beaten, all with broken jaws. Two found within a mile of each other and one that supposedly made the abuser feel like his life was in danger and called 911 walks free today.

Apparently, the Assistant District Attorney did not press charges on this individual. If you look at the pictures of the injuries sustained and the dogs and puppy it would appear that there is a serial animal abuser in that district but nothing has been done to prosecute this individual. When I saw the images of these dogs then the puppy, I became physically ill. 

Please send a message to Harris County Texas that this kind of abuse is a felony and should be prosecuted.
