We were very disappointed to learn that a Dallas Judge, who set the bond stipulations for Sebastian Acosta's felony cruelty charge, did NOT stipulate that Acosta NOT be in possession of animals or live in a domicile where animals are present. 

This is disappointing as we had asked the Cruelty Prosecutor to work with Dallas County judges to REQUIRE a prohibition of owning or living with animals while under bond for a crime against an animal.

It is so important to monitor the work of the DA, and our county judges, around cruelty prosecution, and hold them accountable. Thank you for being part of our work!
