Sunshine was left by her owner tied to a tree starved to death without food or water. Her owner watched each day as she grew weaker and weaker. A good Samaritan finally intervened but it was too late. Sunshine passed away in the arms of the medical staff who tried to save her....  Now we need justice to be served on her owners. Animal Cruelty charges and jail time.
