Our last hope to free our loved one Basheen Harrison. On December 19, 2004, Basheer was arrested and charged for the shooting death of Funny, criminal conspiracy, aggravated assault, and the attempted murder of Seabrook, and possessing a firearm.                                                                                                                               
 On May 5, 2006, Basheer was convicted of those charges and sentenced to a total of 29-60 years imprisonment. His conviction came from a (coerced, Fabricated) eyewitness testimony, given by Seabrook, the deceased stepson. A testimony of which (Zero) physical evidence collected on this case supported. Prosecutor (Watson) chose to ignore all the scientific physical evidence that actually cleared Basheen Harrison of being Funny's shooter and instead chose to use a (Coerced, fabricated) eyewitness testimony given by 14-year-old, Seabrook, to Convict the wrong Man for a crime he didn't commit.
         We the Harrison/Thomas Family have exhausted our finances in attorney fees, pursuing every appeal, trying to correct this wrongful conviction of our loved one Basheer. We Will Not Give Up!!! We are disgusted that taxpayers’ dollars pay the salaries of people like prosecutor Watson or the salaries of anyone who chose to ignore the major discrepancies in  Seabrook's testimony. Or did prosecutor Watson just want a conviction at all cost? A conviction she got at the cost of an innocent man's life
