Justice for Luna: Victim of a Crime Against Nature!

Justice for Luna: Victim of a Crime Against Nature!
Why this petition matters

(6) Month old Luna is a victim of: Felony Crime Against Nature and Felony Cruelty to Animals! Luckily, she survived and is now recovering from the horrific ordeal. This petition is to implore the DA's office and presiding Judge, to punish her abuser James Mason Small to the fullest extent North Carolina law allows. We ask that this includes but not limited to: 1. A required listing on the national life time sex offense registry. 2. That he never be allowed to own or care for animals again. A crime against nature is a heinous offense and should not be taken lightly.
