We are a non-profit organization Ink Dreams: Fight Against Tattoo Nightmares, our goal is to take the bad stigma off of tattoos by becoming a clinic instead of parlor, our first step in action is to put in a zone change before the mission can even begin, the process begins with paying the amount of $1200.00, and be heard by the people on the board of the district 5 city council board members, if they decide to deny us they’re just answering to us.
