Too many horrific car and pedestrian accidents have taken place on North Avalon Park Boulevard in part because of poor street lighting. These accidents may have been avoided if Avalon Park Boulevard had streetlights to light up the very dark roadway. We urge District 4 County Commissioner Jennifer Thompson and the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) - Orange County Government to put our tax dollars to good use and expedite the Avalon Park Boulevard Streetlight Project to add streetlights on APB from Golden Rain Tree Boulevard to East Colonial Drive.
