For years, homeowners in Guilford Country Club Estates have lived in a community of respect, and dignity for each other and for our neighborhood. But recently, this harmony was shaken with the news that an HOA allegedly dissolved in 1982 may be resurrected. Being the community we are, we have come together to express our concern regarding such an endeavor.  We have made our voices known on the community facebook page, but it is not time to take concrete action.  We cannot assume this issue will simply go away. With this being said, we have created this petition to gauge how homeowners choose to vote. 

To move forward, we, the undersigned homeowners, call for a formal vote to dissolve once and for all the GCCE HOA. In accordance with our governing documents, this requires the approval of two-thirds of existing homeowners. We demand that clear notice and ballots be sent promptly, allowing us to voice our opinions in an equitable and transparent manner.
