Marvel which is owned by Disney has the second biggest fandom in India and has been pretty successful in India these past couple of years and as India is going through a tough time, theaters aren't open everywhere and people aren't likely to go to theaters even if they do open up in the next couple of months due to safety reasons.

This petition is directed at Hotstar India to include  Premier access feature just like Disney+ has for its users in the US, so people can watch the movie legally. Recently, Black widow which was released worldwide excluding India and some countries was heavily downloaded from torrent by users, as they weren't left with any other option to watch the movie.

Not to mention, Zack Snyder’s Justice League was watched by over 100,000+ people on BookMyShow Stream by paying additional fees which is similar to Premier access model. And Like ZSJL, Black Widow is a more huge IP, and likely would have sold well. 

We kindly request Marvel India and Disney+Hotstar to bring the premier access before the next Marvel Movie: "Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings" which will be released in September and even some more Marvel movies are also to be out this year: Such as "The Eternals", "Spider-Man: No Way Home",  even if the theatres do open due to the third wave people are unlikely to go to theaters and not be mention there isn't any surety if theatres will be open during those months either.
