Back in summer 2013, Violetta premiered in the UK and Ireland for the first time Ever. Then because of a few people, they started to care for it less. The UK/Eire fandom would call it "Neglect" because of the way you seem to treat it. Many other countries get better care, with merchandise, concerts, CDs and DVDs. 

Many of us are missing out to see our favourite show. The Middle East are already on season 2 with the exact same dub as us just with subtitles! 

The air slot for an episode every night is far too late, most of us would have to miss it because we have school the next day so we can't watch it. You never promote anything related to Violetta or show any music videos. Italy have many Italian covered songs but we never get any English ones. You have upset many fans with this, and we all would like a change. If we don't get anything regarding to an attitude change, we will refuse to watch the channel until Violetta receives more care.
