Athletic students of the Roger's High School soccer program deserve an environment of positivity and advancement towards their collegiate aspirations. They also need an environment they can trust their coaches to protect them from bullying, favoritism and equality. As a community there will be some student athletes that are more serious about their collegiate goals than others. In this setting there needs to be definitive structures in place that create pathways for every student athlete. 

Jason Farias is not creating this environment! Farias has been the coach for 20+ years with no advancement to State or winning games. If you didn't make varsity your freshman year, it gets harder to get on varsity as Farias keeps the same varsity team year after year. This has caused kids to not tryout, not return the next year, or to give up on the sport all together. Farias is not creating a positive atmosphere that creates growth and the ability to excel.

We as a community want to see the Roger's Rams boys soccer program make a change. This change starts with the dismissal of coach Jason Farias. We feel that with a new coach the Rams boys soccer program could bring home a state title. Do you feel the kids of the community are being fairly treated and has access to the pathways they deserve?
