The principal of our school has consistently demonstrated an appalling disregard for the basic tenets of his duties— education and welfare of the students. This person in charge has fired a teacher/coach on a baseless premise, stalked students on their way home, and single-handedly ruined the credibility of our educational institution. His actions have not only caused unrest and disturbances with other schools but also transformed our school into a place where students hesitate to attend.

Enforced losses on our football team and the cessation of the band and cheerleading programs have further depreciated the morale of the student body. This type of leadership has a significant negative impact on students' mental health and academic performance (smith & Roth, 2010). Our students deserve better. They deserve a nurturing, safe, and enriching environment to learn and grow.

We need your help to ensure that this problem is rectified. The time is now to take action and demand better for our students.
