Historical Context & Significance: This filing marks a pivotal shift from the systemic issues originating with the 1676 Breach—referencing the historical shift in fiduciary and land governance—to the 2026 Restoration efforts. We are seeking to address long-standing non-merit sanctions and restore transparency to a system that has lacked accountability for centuries.
