This petition comes from a deep sense of distress and disappointment as a dog owner. I am painfully aware of how unsettling it is to see man's best friend being mistreated. I am the proud owner of two puppies, and to imagine someone causing harm to them is heartbreaking. As such, I am campaigning for Matt Neal of East Carolina Retrievers to be DISMISSED and completely fired from his position + thrown in jail for animal abuse.

Matt Neal's actions have shown a disregard for the well-being of the animals in his care, which is completely unacceptable. It is our joint responsibility to protect these innocent creatures who cannot fend for themselves. The truth is there's no excuse for animal cruelty, and it is not only morally wrong but also punishable by law.

According to the Animal Legal Defense Fund, animal cruelty is considered a felony in all 50 U.S states (Source: Animal Legal Defense Fund). If charges are pressed against Matt Neal, he should be held accountable for his actions under these legislations.

I am calling for Matt Neal to be dismissed from all his positions at East Carolina Retrievers without delay. Moreover, he should face legal consequences for his despicable actions to ensure that justice is served. We cannot stand by and let such behavior go unpunished.
