Our beloved pet attends the local dog daycare in Montclair, NJ. Recently, we were shown distressing footage of our dog being mistreated under the watch of the current manager. This is not only a personal violation but an act that goes against every principle of animal care and welfare.

Animal abuse is a serious issue that affects countless pets across America. According to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), approximately 1,920 cases of animal abuse are reported each year. However, many more go unreported due to lack of evidence or fear.

In this case, we have clear evidence showing our pet being abused at a place where they should be safe and cared for. The manager's actions are not only unethical but also illegal under New Jersey's comprehensive animal cruelty laws.

We cannot allow individuals who harm animals to continue working in positions where they have access to vulnerable creatures. We demand immediate action from the owners and board members of this daycare center: dismiss this manager and ensure all staff receive proper training on animal care and welfare standards.
