I am a resident and owner in Rancho San Jose, CA, 95111 deeply affected by the actions of our Homeowners Association (HOA) board members. Their misuse of authority has resulted in harassment, intimidation and even the abrupt discontinuation of power supply without any prior notice. This is not just my story but echoes the sentiments of over 60 homeowners and renters in our community, including individuals with disabilities.

The decisions made by these board members are not only unethical but also violate the rights we have as residents. According to California HOAs are required to provide a minimum 48-hour notice before disconnecting utility services , Yet this rule has been blatantly disregarded.

Our community deserves better - we deserve transparency and respect from those who are supposed to represent us. We need board members who understand their roles and responsibilities and use their authority for the betterment of our community rather than personal gain or control.
