I have been personally affected by Frankie's reckless behavior of riding Picante up and down the hill in San Antonio, TX. Every time Frankie carelessly mounts Picante and rides through our neighborhood, she endangers not only herself  and the horse but also our children and pedestrians who frequent these areas. It has become a common sight, and it's only a matter of time before a serious accident occurs.

Frankie's actions are not just irresponsible; they are a blatant disregard for our community's safety and the well-being of Picante. Horses are not machines but living beings that deserve respect and care. Constantly riding a horse up and down a steep hill can result in exhaustion, injury, or worse for Picante. This is blatant animal cruelty that needs to be addressed.

Moreover, children and other pedestrians in the area witness this behavior and might mistakenly believe that such actions are safe and acceptable, setting a dangerous example that could lead to imitation and potential incidents.

We need action to ensure the safety and well-being of all involved. I urge the authorities to intervene and dismiss Frankie from her position, whatever it may be that allows her access to Picante. It is imperative for the safety of our neighborhood and the fair treatment of the horse.
