Despite numerous complaints that have been ignored by our management, we continue to endure his ongoing sexual harassment and have even discovered his activities in animal cruelty. This person's continued employment at our company is a blight on our professional community and a threat to our personal safety. These issues are serious: Studies indicate that 1 in 3 women will experience sexual harassment in their workplace, a heartrending statistic that demonstrates the gravity of our plight (Source: European Institute for Gender Equality). It's time for our voices to be heard and for this employee to be held accountable for his actions. In addition, the national anti-cruelty law Punishable by up to seven years of imprisonment clearly highlights that animal abuse is a crime (Source: Animal Welfare Act). With this petition, we demand not only for our company, but also from our legal system, that this employee be dismissed.
