DMCI MANILA, Philippines – A Supreme Court (SC) associate justice on Tuesday inhibited from the Torre de Manila case. Associate Justice Jose Perez inhibited himself from the case against the development firm DMCI Homes Inc. on the construction of Torre de Manila since his son is a unit owner in the condominium. The Supreme Court on Tuesday afternoon conducted oral arguments on the Torre De Manila case, with only 11 justices present during the oral arguments.
