Reason: The changes to the current standards will mean that autistic people wil face discrimination and even more stigma due to incorrect beliefs. There is no evidence autistic drivers are any less safe than allistic driver. There is already a driving test that dictates if someone is eligble to drive.
Request: We therefore ask the House to reverse the national standards that govern driving fitness agaisnt autistic people
