XFaon has been changing his profile picture way too often, this should be limited.

Changing a profile picture not only makes it harder to recognize someone on social media, but also makes it annoying. 

To solve this global crisis, we must limit all XFaon's social media accounts so that only one change of profile picture is allowed per year. This is a reasonable amount since that most users only change their profile picture every once 3 years. (Data may not be accurate. )
