Lots of servers have funny spam channels, that people like to use "Self-Bots" like an AHK script or a program they found online to spam something in particular, by restricting this, it gets a lot of unfair bans as it doesn't do any harm unless it's maliciously spamming someone, in that case then yes they should either get banned or be blocked.

The solution is for Discord to update the ToS and to remove the act against spamming.

I'm making this petition as I have recently had my account Disabled by discord because of spamming in a Mee6 Bot Level 100 Project.

It had no malicious intent, it was purely for getting to a high place on the leaderboard.
