I had recieved an email communication from Change.org stating that  had claimed my petition was false and defamatory, which is clearly not the case. This is just one of the many lies this sleazy divorce lawyer tells to cover up his horrible actions so that he doesn't get in trouble.

 behavior was not an isolated event! Even at the time of writing this update, Mr.  is being sued by a divorce client for sexual assault and failure to carry out his fiduciary duty ethically. He also claims that it is defamatory as well, despite all that information being part of public court records and news articles. Do not take  word for it! Read the news articles in the NY Daily News, New York Post and Inside Edition. Anyone who wants to read the specific things  did can read the lawsuit filed against him. He obviously should not be able to practice family law !!

uses threat of legal actions to arm twist and silence victims who come forward to expose his dishonest and unethical ways, which is exactly why I started this petition so I could help others avoid having the same horrid experiences that I had. People need to be able to speak out to protect each other. Lawyers like him have no place in a civilized world and should absolutely be disbarred for his reprehensible actions in exploiting his vulnerable family law clients.
