The Issue

For many of us, our homes are more than just buildings—they represent our livelihoods, our safe havens, and our dreams for a better future. However, the current state of our Homeowners Association (HOA) is threatening this stability and sense of community.

Despite valid concerns regarding the absence of recorded By-Laws, which casts doubt on their enforceability, our HOA has continued operations without providing transparency or further justification. This lack of clarity and accountability is troubling. The very rules intended to protect and serve our community seem shrouded in secrecy and, more alarmingly, disregard our collective voices.

Compounding these issues is the recent failed election due to lack of quorum, resulting in the persistence of a board that no longer represents the interests of homeowners. This stagnation contributes to a cycle of mismanagement and neglect that harms our community.

Financially, our Maintenance Corporation claims it cannot sustain regular meetings, yet the misallocation and mismanagement of funds remain unexplained. We, as residents and stakeholders, deserve to know how our contributions are being utilized and demand efficient governance.

In recent emails from Jessica and David, we've uncovered what appears to be illegal practices within our HOA management. These issues must be addressed and rectified to restore faith and transparency in how our community is governed.

We hold the receipts and the evidence necessary to bring these issues to light. It is time to take decisive action. We need to disband this flawed HOA structure and establish a new, transparent, and accountable body that genuinely represents and works for the interests of all residents.

Join us in this crucial cause. By signing this petition, you support the call for a fresh start, a fair and just reformation of our HOA—one that will uphold the values and integrity of our homes and community. Stand with us and advocate for change.
