When i called several places around Rapid City I was told that due to budget funding alot of places have stopped accepting section 8 in Rapid City Cause Funding Was Out Pacing rents and if congress and trump hands funds to the states through block grants most states are not responsible with how they manage funds and it way to expensive right now to leave my place besides i do not have enough saved back yet to afford a move like that any way and with landlords in south daktoa charging to much and funding is not keeping up with cost of rent i will wait on other housing authorites cause i have reached out to apartments and most landlords have told me due to shortfalls in the budgets they can not guartnee that i will find a place so am honestly stuck where am at till another state opens up and i can try again i hope you all understand views on this even though my living problems are bad i can not afford to move right now i will let the another housing authority open up and try again i will continue trying until i am able to get in a place maybe another state will open up with more afforable housing cause it sure not that state i applied to
