How can a man who has a heart can do cruel on animals are innocent and helpless ?? 

This incident occurred on Friday, January 6, 2017 around 8:30 am on Jalan Pandaruan, Limbang, Sarawak, Malaysia by a car which allegedly belongs the Ngie Ho Enterprise Sdn Bhd.

Whatever the motive of the driver really is the act of a very cruel and inhumane...

For that we implore with respect to the local police and local authorities to provide appropriate punishment to the driver and asked Ngie Ho Enterprise Sdn Bhd partly responsible for this cruel of acts if if indeed it was a car belonging to his Company...
