Dear Dr. Liefke, When I was visiting the Zoo in Frankfurt on Friday July 1st, I was shocked to see the dwarf-otters living in an outdoor habitat with one dry pond and the other with stinky green water. The only place for the otters to play were the high bushes around. Can you please make sure that these poor animals get optimal living conditions or give them to a habitat , where they can freely frolic around.
