Respected Director,
We have been informed today(28,02.2018) that there would be classes during Milan. Many Students have already booked their tickets to go home or planned trips to nearby vacation spots. It would cost there students a great deal of money to change their plans in the last minute. I think that the quality of the fest would decrease if you make it a compulsion to stay during Milan.
