I am writing to you to please expedite the adjudication of the Motion to Reopen the Hazaea Alomaisi case at the Board of Immigration Appeals. A079-120-289 I believe that Anwar will die if he stays in Yemen. His deportation was extremely unfair; since he was politically active he should have had a chance to reopen his case BEFORE being forced on a plane and sent back to Yemen.

Anwar is a credit to his community. In addition to consistently being employed by PPR Printing in Elmsford, NY, he has voluntarily served on the town's ambulance team after receiving Red Cross certification in both CPR and First Aid. His talent as a photographer is visible through his thousands of followers on Facebook and Instagram. Unselfishly, he has donated his talent, time, and resources to help organizations such as the National Association of Mental Illness, The City Peekskill, NY Fire, Police, and Chamber of Commerce Departments, Audubon, and the Rockefeller State Park Preserve.

Anwar involved connecting between Yemen Jews and Arabs people to create relationships and volunteer with his photographer profession and by that to contribute to united between communities as well.

Anwar is one of the good guys; Anwar has never been in trouble, has paid his taxes, and is another example of the dreams made by many who came to this country. During this time of chaos, bringing Anwar back will be a blessing not only for Anwar but for all those whose lives he has touched.
