The Washington Supreme Court has just issued an order granting diploma privilege to all first-time test-takers who were at the Yakima Convention Center. You can find the order here. This is huge, and I would like to thank you all for your support! The work, however, is not yet complete. This order excludes repeat test-takers and those with accommodations who were able to complete the exam, albeit under very challenging and distracting circumstances. The latter group of individuals is continuing their advocacy and working to challenge the portion of the order that does not grant diploma privilege to repeat test-takers and those with accommodations. If you are able to, we kindly urge you to support these bar applicants by showing up to the WSBA’s Board of Governor’s meeting on Friday, August 7 from 2-4pm here.
