Dillards recently adopted a new policy regarding web sales at Dillards.com. They do not allow returns on what they deem final clearance merchandise. There is no category posted as sale or final clearance. You find out when you click on checkout. This includes clothing, shoes, etc. The customer has no ability to see merchandise in person or try on apparel before purchasing online. So if you don't like it or it doesn't fit after buying and receiving--- too bad, you are stuck with it!

Tell Dillards a 30 day return or exchange policy should be standard on ALL type sales- whether online or store purchases!
