Many people do not want to buy a whole Prime Vault Pack JUST for the accessories, since they probably already have the frame, weapons etc. Why not just make a separate pack for the accessories at a reasonable price? I believe that many more people would buy at least something instead of not buying anything at all. If you want to take part in this attempt to change something, then sign this online petition.
