Crazy Penguin Wars was an old Flash game playable on Facebook (and other sites like "jeux.fr" in France for example), made by Digital Chocolate.

It was also, like a lot of people I think, one of my favorite childhood games. As such, I have spent numerous hours playing it..

Sadly, as you may know, the game has been shut down because Digital Chocolate went bankrupt years ago.

I am currently trying to acquire the rights on the license even if it no longer exists.

At the moment, we have a team of four people working on the project.

This petition can help if I am able to talk to the person who has the intellectual property of the game. I will be able to show it so this person will likely be more flexible in his or her conditions if not give us the license outright.
