On Jan 29th 2026, Bridge Moris submitted this proposal to the Electoral Reform Committee, following the PMO's call for proposals concerning the upcoming electoral reform. This proposal took two months to draft, and is the product of considerable research. Through it, we are honoured to represent all of the diaspora members who want to be enfranchised.
