We are petitioning you and the Diabetes Caucus to facilitate the clinical trials, FDA approval and import of Heberprot-P.

70,000+ Americans suffer through limb amputation each year due to diabetic ulcers. Heberprot-P, developed in Cuba, but based on original research in the United States and patented here, has resulted in a 75% reduction in amputations in the 125,000+ people who have used it. It has been approved for use in other countries and is undergoing clinical trials in five countries and Europe under the trade name Epiprot. 

Healiance, a French company is ready to move forward, but won't until it knows it can import Heberprot-P. The Diabetes Caucus can help them gain that assurance and save the limbs and lives of Americans, but the Diabetes Caucus needs to know Heberprot-P is wanted and needed by you, a member of your family, a loved one, or one you know who has Diabetes.

Please, sign the petition to bring Heberprot-P to the US. Let the Diabetes Caucus know enough limbs have been lost; lives shortened; and, tragedy endured. Tell them, by signing the petition, that we need Herberprot-P to lead healthy, productive, and whole lives. We, at the War On Diabetes, need your help to get government to act for you.
