I trust you are doing well and I hope this finds you well. We are scholarship recipients of the Department of Higher Education and Training (D.H.E.T.), and are full-time (undergraduate and postgraduate) students at Constructor University (Bremen, Germany). 

The D.HE.T.  has not only took us through turmoil and psychosocial mental distress, but has practically failed us in administration. What is a fully-funded scholarship has come with a lot of issues. We are currently unregistered due to historic health debt (mandatory for registration at the university) , and the DHET has not facilitated the payment. This will in turn again affect the academic progress and the productivity we have as students. There are many, nuanced and layered payment issues. Please do sign the petition to support the academic progress and the due diligence for the requirements of the higher education institution (Constructor University).
