All, The management of cytrx however little we may trust them have delivered what we requested in this latest update to the proxy. We asked that authorized shares and preference shares be reduced in the same proportion as outstanding shares. The latest proxy has all reducing to 1/6th. As a result I will be voting yes to the r/s and I urge all who joined this petition to do the same. I have 190k shares in 2 accounts, and I believe approval of the r/s is best for me. Regards. Jeff
