Since March 2018, when Dr Ajay Pal Sharma took over as SSP Noida he has miserably failed and only reaffirmed the doubts of the Noida citizens that :

 1. He is insensitive to the complaints of the victims.

2. He has displayed insubordination by not carrying out the orders of his superior officers in writing and telephonically repeatedly.

3. He has been totally insensitive to the safety, security and protection of women.

4. He has failed to curb crime and take preventive measures .

5. He has failed to take action on pending investigations, not initiated or ensured arrest of criminals against whom Non bailable warrants were issued by various Courts.

6. He has been biased towards builders and taking action against them s respite being aware of the seriousness of the plight of the victims .

7. Dr Ajay Pal Sharma has failed to instil confidence in the people of District Noida hat he is incompetent to ensure the safety and protection of women, has repeatedly failed to take timely action .

8. It is also an experience by many complainants and victims  whereby he refused to meet them for redressal and is extremely rude .

9. He refuses to lodge FIR in violation of sec 154 CrPC and gross violation of the orders of The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and orders of DGP Circular No 82 of 2015. 

10. His conduct is grossly unprofessional , unbecoming of a uniform officer and detrimental to the traditions of the uniform service.

11. The Law and Order has deteriorated rapidly and corruption in Noida Police has visibly risen without fear of any complaints.
