Refund issues with goibibo

The Issue

      We,  customers of Goibibo , are forced to file complaint against Goibibo due to the refund issues for airline tickets we booked just before or during the lock-down period which hasn't got refunded even after 7 months. Many of us haven't received full refund from Goibibo or was given a credit shell which is not at all useful. We have done so many follow ups with Goibibo & the concerned airlines regarding the same. Some airlines shared the refund status with us & some doesn't. Even after receiving the refund from airlines, Goibibo hasn't refunded their customers. 

     Considering this difficult period, many of us waited patiently for Goibibo to refund. But, we were fooled by Goibibo as they are now not attending our calls/ emails/ messages regarding the refund. They don't have a proper customer support for nearly 1 month.The DGCA circular issued on 07/10/2020  clearly explains that full refund has to be given for flights(both domestic &international) which got cancelled due to pandemic.    

    I humbly request our Honourable Minister Hardeep Singh Puri, DGCA,Ministry of Civil aviation & Consumer Court to look into this matter & take action
