Am working in postal dept in north east ..i am apart from my family .my entire family is in kolkata as my father is a cardiac patient he needs frequent treatment tat y my family cant not moved to north east.Am serving in north east more than 3 yrs and now developing Lumber stenosis hypertention and doctor suggest me to move to plain area.but inspite of all my d8fficulties dept is not giving transfer to me and Department is very harsh for every one on transfer..

So i on behalf of every affected victim of postal dept solicit plz make a change in transfer policy
