We are petitioning the release of Timothy L. Myers from FCI Forrest City. Timothy Myer has asthma and, after serving the majority of his term, was given a release date of October. His release date would change to this summer date with a drug program that was coming to an end. The program stopped due to the pandemic. We ask for the suspension of the remainder of his term served in home confined meant to ensure the life of this man. Forrest City FCI has been compromised by the Outbreak of COVID 19, with numerous inmates diagnosed. Timothy Myers is in fear of his life and unable to self isolate. Over 13 years ago this man was taken from his loved ones for non-violent drug offenses, He has served his time well and we want to see him again.
