Hello everyone, Stella who organizes the demonstration would like you all to know the final plans for the demonstration on Thursday: The plan is to gather where it says council chambers / committee suite, they will arrive where that is written, using an entrance between the two purple dots (on the map below). We'll try and have someone stood at the main entrance to ensure we all get to the right place. It would be ideal to gather a little earlier, so the official time is changed to 13:30, but 13:45 has already been announced, so it might not be possible for everyone to arrive earlier. If possible we'd like as many parents and children to be in the public gallery of the meeting as can fit to offer support to those speaking on behalf of the lollipops. Children are allowed to be there - we have checked - but the children will need to be kept quiet, hopefully the symbolic, sweet lollipops will be helpful for this! Placards will need to be left outside, but we can keep our high vis on, so please dress brightly!
