Stella is a Pitbull type Breed which unfortunately in the eyes of Devon and Cornwall Police make her dangerous, She has no history of harming anyone and the only time she has shown alarming behavior was when police officers visited her home on an unrelated matter. Think for a moment, strange people coming into your home potentially upsetting your owner what dog wouldn't be affected.

Stella is being held 24/7 in a 3ftx9ft cage and as not been out that cage except to be assessed for 2 years. we treat murderers and rapists better than this.

We the undersigned respectfully request that Stella is given humane and decent treatment whilst she is incarcerated. She should be allowed regular exercise and should not be demonised because of her breed. Ideally we could raise enough attention to have Stellas Death sentence removed as she has done nothing wrong apart from falling foul of her genetics. No dog should be treated like this and no dog should be Killed because of her genetic makeup.

Devon and Cornwall police, please start treating this dog humanely.
