Today I was shocked to read in today's herald express that Devon and Cornwall police had seized a pitbull type dog  back in 2014 and have reportedly kept that dog in a small cage since.  The owner claims the dog has never shown any sign of aggression and that the dog was seized purely because of its breed.  The dog has only been let out twice in that time for assessments and has had no exercise.  This is against animal welfare and Devon and Cornwall police must be made accountable for this injustice. http://www.torquayheraldexpress.co.uk/Torquay-dog/story-28828078-detail/story.html
