I wished I posted this sooner but I was unable to do at the time. Why? Here’s why:
About a couple of weeks ago, I came across this tweet from Travis. I shall quote it anyway:
“Looks like my Top15s story was too spooky for nosleep
That tweet did tell me that Travis does have a Reddit account. When I went to r/nolseep. I did have difficulty finding the account that belonged to Travis. As soon as I began my search, I immediately realized that I could not access the subreddit due to a shutdown. So I had to wait until March 2nd for it to reopen. Once it did reopen, I attempted to find the account that belonged to Travis. I had difficulty finding it. And just recently, I came across this other tweet. Again, I will quote it anyway:
“OK FALSE ALARM, I think my Nosleep story is still up! GO GO GO”
The link in the tweet lead me to a story that was written by a user named KindStrangerPlatunum. Just to make sure that Travis is really KindStrangerPlatunum, I explored the account and I came across this post from that user. The post read this:
“Is this where I promote stories I’m working on for critique and all that fun stuff?
Because idk if this counts but here you go In progress”
The “In progress” link lead me to a tweet from that Travis and that Reddit post did confirm that Travis is indeed KindStrangerPlatinum. That lead me to realize that he could use his Reddit account to post his hate “art” on other subreddits. Regardless if this is going to happen or not, he still should be banned from Reddit completely. Now that Travis is now on yet another social media platform, expect to see some more changes to the petition. Stay tuned!
