Review and/or Replace Admins Within The Site.
The Issue
I just want to start this off with stating, I love deviantART.com it is a unique place to upload artwork, ask for critique or even make friends online.
However, the site has been having a huge amount of downfalls this last two years, I believe the admin service has been becoming more lazy in some cases and even inappropriate.
Here is an example of an admin being rather rude to a user on the site: http://fiskefyren.deviantart.com/art/DeviantArt-shows-their-true-colours-510136069 The site has also had cases of changing the rules without alerting the users.
Another thing which has caught my eye is infamous individuals such as YoshiWii1, PrincessElizabeth013, and many more to come often occur if not all have occurred firstly on deviantART. There are little girls over-sexualizing themselves, posting pornographic material underage and nothing is being said. This could potentially lead to a site shut down if nothing is done by the child protective service of the internet.
There are a huge amount of death-threatening users which need to be looked at, cyber-bullies, that seem to be kept on the site until finally banned after 3-5 months. Art theft is also high on this site, so many people have to deal with people on this site thieving artwork, for example waterflow3er a user recently removed, only because I made a video on her, on YouTube, if I didn't nothing would've happened.

There are also millions of innocent users on the site who are abused by admins, leading to them being banned for unlogical reasoning and when going to appeal, the admins remain biast and extremely rude, some cases even leading to the help desk banning you, which was originally not allowed in the rule book but when I pointed this out to them, they altered their rules so they could get around what they had done to me and millions of other users.
