A silver lining of Eclipse. (A must read!)

Here’s what TorndaoWeirdo’s account was like before Eclipse was launched a couple weeks ago: for starters, her activity feed was set hidden mode. It’s possible that she made that profile setting on purpose to discourage others from monitoring her activity and to report her for spamming and religious-based abuse. Currently, Eclipse has gotten rid of the “hide activity” feature, rendering TW’s activity feed visible to everyone. (And everyone one else’s activity feed that was set to hidden mode.)

Recently, I went to her profile and clicked on the “about” tab. After I clicked on it, I scrolled down to her activity feed and she was spamming religious messages on profiles of other users. This activity should warrant a permanent ban for her account. If you have a deviantART account, please do write an abuse report or a spam report on her and provide the links to the comments from her activity feed on the ticket. Also, provide a link to this petition as well! This should get the admins to ban her. We must take advantage of this silver lining before the admins make it possible for anyone to hide their activity feed on Eclipse!

I don’t know why this came to my mind sooner, but I’m glad that it did just now. Seriously, the deviantART community should be better off without people like TornadoWeirdo.
