3 Co-operative societies, Parkbay; Red Rose and Mini Rose have faced several issues by a Dhobi, whose articles have featured in News Papers and has cases against him and his son by the Economic Offence wing. Parkbay C.H.S,  has Right of way to the road leading to the 3 societies. However the Dhobi has grabbed the land and also got Mini Rose society land, registerd in his name. A lot of irregularities have happened. How and who are responsible for this, we dont know. But what is far larger concern, is that; Now this Dhobi allows tourist vehicles to be parked on almost half of the way, leaving only half of the actual Right of Way; accessible. He has not allowed tar to be laid, or the road to be repaired in 20 years. The sweeper has not cleaned the road in 10 years. His son owns a liquour/beer shop on this lane. Those buying liquor from his shop, drink on this very acesss road. Since 2 years even the police do not arrive to clear those drinking on the road. There are no street lights on the road either which makes it even more scary that drunkards sit on the road where people return home. Parkbay C.H.S has been fighting the menace for over 35 years. Can you Please resolve the issue, so we are not harrassed by this land grabber.
